Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Bridgewater, NJ seeks a Director of Incentive Compensation to lead the design, governance, and deployment of enterprise-wide sales incentive programs. The role partners with Sales, Finance, HR and Operations to align compensation with revenue goals and ensure scalable, compliant processes.

The position requires field-based activities with monthly onsite visits. You will build analytics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance, drive improvements, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales compensation, finance, or sales operations.
• Deep expertise in incentive compensation design and sales performance management.
• Strong Excel and data modeling skills with advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly incentive compensation strategies aligned to revenue goals.
• Design sales compensation plans across go-to-market roles.
• Evaluate plan effectiveness with performance analytics.
• Ensure timely calculation and payout of commissions.
• Build reporting dashboards to track outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with legal and financial controls.
