The Director of Incentive Compensation is responsible for the strategy, design, implementation of an IT tool, and administration of enterprise‑wide sales compensation and incentive programs. This role will support target setting and ensures alignment between compensation plans and corporate revenue goals, drives sales performance, and maintains operational accuracy, scalability, and compliance.
This leader partners closely with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to optimize compensation structures that motivate performance while supporting financial objectives.
Location: Field Base –monthly onsite visit
The anticipated salary range for this position in NJ is $150‑$180k + annual bonus target. The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc. Catalent is a multi‑state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
