ELIQUENT Life Sciences is seeking a Director / Sr. Director, Sales Enablement - Consultant Engagement to lead onboarding, activation, and lifecycle readiness for consultants, with a focus on scalable processes, automation, and data-driven execution.

In this role you will own Consultant Concierge operations, collaborate with IT, HR, Compliance and Legal, and translate strategy into execution across cross-functional enablement initiatives to accelerate deployment and improve readiness metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 8–12+ years in client operations, talent operations, workforce mobilization, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional workflows.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve pre-deployment readiness processes.
• Build and maintain 'always ready' talent pools by role, skill set, and geography.
• Ensure consultants are pre-qualified, warm and engagement-ready.
• Lead process acceleration initiatives to reduce onboarding cycle times.
• Own mobilization tooling and workflows across ATS, CRM, and talent platforms.
