Job summary

Slipstream Life Sciences is seeking a Director, Enterprise CRM Delivery to lead delivery across our CRM transformation programs. You will ensure high-quality outcomes across migrations, implementations, and managed services, collaborating with enterprise leadership and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong life sciences CRM experience, hands-on delivery leadership, people management, and ability to run multiple complex engagements, including global deployments and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise technology CRM or digital transformation programs, preferably life sciences.
• 5+ years leading teams and/or overseeing multiple client engagements.
• Strong experience with Veeva CRM/Vault CRM, Salesforce, or comparable enterprise CRM platforms.
• Experience managing distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery leadership across multiple CRM transformation and implementation programs.
• Ensure engagements meet scope, timeline, budget, quality and client expectations.
• Establish consistent delivery standards, governance, methodologies, templates, and quality controls.
• Conduct portfolio and project health reviews and identify risks.
• Partner with leads to develop recovery plans for projects needing intervention.
• Serve as escalation point for complex delivery issues and drive resolution.
• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to hyper care and managed services.
• Oversee CRM migrations, implementations, integrations, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Support global multi-wave transformation programs across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
