Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling a sales training/enablement function.
• Experience in high-velocity, script-driven, or regulated sales environments.
• Scientific approach to scripts: hypothesis, test, measure, iterate.

Responsibilities

• Own scripts and evolve sales scripts across verticals with sales and product.
• Build AI tools to assist agents real-time during calls to improve conversions.
• Develop onboarding curricula and ramp processes for new agents across verticals.
