Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead client relationships and drive consulting revenue growth in a remote US setting. You will mentor a growing US team, guide project outcomes, and ensure client delight across pricing, market access, and strategic analytics.

Responsibilities include building senior stakeholder relationships, business development, developing methodologies, overseeing staffing and budgets, and delivering high‑quality client-facing materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience leading project teams.
Deep expertise in US pricing, market access, payer analytics, and value-based pricing.
Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills; proactive and accountable.
Ability to work effectively in remote environments and manage multiple priorities.
Experience developing compelling PowerPoint materials for clients.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and expand partnerships.
Drive business development through proposals and opportunity identification.
Contribute to consulting methodologies, pricing and market access frameworks.
Oversee staffing, budgeting, scope, and profitability across engagements.
Lead teams in structuring problems in US/global pricing and market access strategies.
Develop high‑quality client-facing materials and present strategic recommendations.
Champion AI-enabled workflows and build reusable team capabilities.
Mentor junior staff and ensure professional growth and project excellence.
Serve as primary client contact, ensuring client delight and trusted advisory.
