Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Director of Analytics & Insights to lead the RWD/RWE strategy and drive AI-ready data products. You will manage a small RWD team, partner with Product, Data Science, and Technology, and translate clinical knowledge into buildable specifications that inform content products and AI-driven solutions.

You will set standards for real-world evidence and work across therapeutic areas to deliver clinically sound, defensible outcomes and scalable insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' hands-on experience in RWD study design and statistical ownership.
• Fluency in US real-world data sources and their strengths/limits.
• Strong clinical expertise to translate data into cohort definitions and rules.
• MD or equivalent medical qualification is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting development of data/content products in life sciences.
• Impeccable English verbal and written communication for global teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the RWD/RWE strategy and direct how real-world evidence is generated and productised.
• Own cross-functional stakeholder relationships and client engagements across Product, Services, Technology and Data Science.
• Ensure RWD outputs are AI- and agent-ready and delivered on time.
• Define standards for cohort definitions, endpoint logic, and study design across therapeutic areas.
• Translate complex data-driven concepts into precise specifications and business rules.
