Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Director of Analytics & Insights to lead RWD/RWE strategy and drive data-driven decisions. This remote, UK-based role collaborates with Product, Data Science, and Technology to define robust evidence logic and scalable solutions.

You will oversee a small team of RWD specialists, translate clinical knowledge into buildable specs, and report progress to senior leadership, ensuring outputs meet scientific and client needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RWD study design and statistical ownership with real-world data sources.
• Strong clinical understanding to translate data into cohort definitions and rules.
• Experience translating requirements into buildable specifications for data teams.

Responsibilities

• Set RWD/RWE strategy and direction for cross-functional programs.
• Lead a small team of two RWD specialists and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain clinical grounding and translate complex concepts into specs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Product, Services, Technology and Data Science.
