Job summary

Norstella seeks a Director of Analytics & Insights to lead strategy for real-world data and evidence across therapeutic areas.

You will manage two RWD specialists, shape analytics roadmaps, and partner with Product, Data Science and Technology to translate clinical data into actionable insights. This remote US-based role reports to the VP, Content Strategy and drives AI-ready, defensible outputs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on in RWD study design and statistical ownership.
• Strong clinical expertise to interpret data in real-world settings.
• Ability to translate clinical reasoning into precise specifications.
• Proven cross-functional influence across product, data science and tech.
• Native or excellent English communication for global teams.

Responsibilities

• Set RWD/RWE strategy and direct how evidence is generated and productised.
• Lead a small team of two RWD specialists and coach development.
• Define cohort definitions, endpoints and study designs with clear specs.
• Translate complex data concepts into business value and ROI.
• Ensure outputs are AI-ready and defensible for content products.
