Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in RWD study design and statistical ownership.
• Fluency in US real-world data sources and clinical reasoning.
• Proven ability to translate clinical insight into cohort rules and study designs.
• Strong communication of complex analytics to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set RWD/RWE strategy and standards across therapeutic areas.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations with Product, Data Science and Technology.
• Direct and develop a small team of two RWD specialists.
• Translate clinical knowledge into precise specifications for developers.
