Job summary

Our client is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to join a global enterprise software leader. This remote US-based leadership role drives revenue operations strategy with a focus on field execution across the Americas and collaboration with sales leadership and executives.

You will improve forecast discipline, territory planning, quota management, and deliver actionable reporting for business decisions while owning critical processes that support growth and booking accuracy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in revenue or sales operations.
• 3+ years leading a regional field operations team.
• Experience designing territory and quota for a global enterprise software business.
• Operations partner to a CRO or regional sales leader.

Responsibilities

• Ensure forecast discipline through pipeline hygiene and accuracy.
• Design and execute territory and quota assignments across the Americas.
• Support sales operations with CRM and sales systems for the field.
• Oversee quote-to-order execution and ensure booking accuracy.
• Manage partner operations, including registration and deal flow.
• Develop regional reporting and analytics strategy for executive insights.
• Translate regional priorities into actionable operational plans with sales leadership.
• Lead and develop the Americas field operations team with documented processes and coverage.
