Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Revenue Intelligence Operations Director for the AMER region. Remote, US-based with Eastern hours preferred. You’ll own the annual operating plan, territory design, quota setting, and forecasting cadence, partnering with Sales leadership and Finance to drive accurate plans and reliable forecasts.

In this senior IC role, you’ll influence cross-functional teams, mentor ops professionals, and lead adoption of AI-enabled tooling to improve process efficiency and pipeline hygiene.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or strategic roles in tech/SaaS.
• Experience owning regional/global sales forecast processes and annual planning cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the AMER operating calendar and weekly forecast cadence.
• Lead end-to-end forecast process and snapshot discipline.
• Define commit criteria, stage definitions, and pipeline hygiene.
• Collaborate with Finance to align sales and financial forecasts.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan for sales including territory design and quota setting.
• Shape go-to-market structure and headcount scenarios; influence comp design.
• Mentor and lead Sales Operations professionals; drive global standards locally.
• Diagnose data/process gaps; promote AI and automation adoption.
