Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Director of Resource Planning to establish and lead a new capability across the Studio Business Group. The role will provide visibility into development capacity, staffing demand, and resource deployment, guiding investments and outsourcing decisions.

The ideal candidate will drive planning processes, forecasting capabilities, and executive insights while collaborating with Finance, HR, Production, and studio leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in resource planning, workforce planning, or related discipline.
• Experience leading and developing planning, operations, analytics or business teams.
• Experience supporting complex product development, technology, gaming, or entertainment organizations.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and establish a resource planning capability across the Studio Business Group.
• Develop integrated views of current capacity, future demand, resource commitments and gaps.
• Connect planning across portfolio, financial, production and workforce planning.
• Lead internal resource sharing opportunities across studios and projects.
• Partner with Finance, HR and Production to improve data quality and confidence.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing Resource Planning team.
