Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Director of Resource Planning to establish a new capability for the Studio Business Group. You will lead visibility into development capacity, staffing demand, and resource-related costs across the portfolio to enable informed decision-making.

You will partner with studios, Finance, HR and Development Strategy to implement standard planning processes, forecasting analytics and executive insights, while remaining hands-on in complex planning work across

Qualifications

Significant experience in resource planning and related operations.
Ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
Experience supporting complex product development or gaming organizations.
Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Design and establish a resource planning capability across the Studio Business Group.
Develop integrated views of capacity, demand and resource gaps.
Create planning principles, processes and reporting across studios.
Connect resource planning with portfolio, financial, production and workforce planning.
Lead executive analytics and insights to improve decision making.
Build and develop a high‑performing Resource Planning team.
Foster cross‑functional partnerships with studio heads, Finance, HR and Development Strategy.
