Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, portfolio planning or related fields.
• Leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong business judgement linking delivery to goals and priorities.
• Translate objectives into clear roadmaps, milestones and plans.
• Analytical and organizational skills with dashboards and metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of strategic and operational programs from priority to delivery.
• Develop practical program plans, cadences and governance for coordinated execution.
• Monitor performance, risks and dependencies and intervene to restore momentum.
• Ensure programs comply with governance, reporting and financial oversight.
• Build scalable processes for cross-functional program execution.
• Provide executive updates with progress, risks and trade-offs.
