Sony Interactive Entertainment in San Mateo, California, is seeking a Senior Planning & Portfolio Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic programs that align with annual business goals. You will partner with leaders across the division, marketing, operations, finance and analytics to translate priorities into executable plans.

The role requires 7+ years in program management, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to build scalable governance.

Qualifications

7+ years in program management, portfolio planning or related discipline.
Track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
Strong business judgment linking delivery to goals and priorities.
Ability to translate objectives into priorities, roadmaps and execution plans.
Strong analytical skills with dashboards, metrics and risk management.
Excellent stakeholder-management and communication across distributed teams.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with ownership.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and delivery of strategic and operational programs from priority to delivery and post-mortem.
Create practical program plans, cadences and governance translating priorities into coordinated execution and outcomes.
Monitor performance, risks and dependencies; intervene to restore momentum when needed.
Ensure programs operate within governance, reporting and financial oversight requirements.
Build scalable planning and governance processes for cross-functional programs.
Provide executive updates highlighting progress, risks and trade-offs for timely decisions.
