Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Director, Managed Markets - Regional to lead access strategy across Central US. You will manage relationships with regional payers, Medicaid programs, and IDNs, ensuring launch readiness and timely formulary reviews.

The role reports to the Vice President, Market Access and collaborates with Sales, HEOR, and Medical teams. The position is remote/field-based with travel across OH, MI, IN, IL, WI, MN, IA, MO, KS, NE, ND, and SD.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in biotech/pharma with 5+ years in regional payer account mgmt.
• Knowledge of Medical/Pharmacy Benefit Designs and Medicaid.
• Ability to translate complex clinical data for stakeholders.
• Travel availability 50-60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage senior-level relationships with regional payers and networks.
• Own enterprise account strategy and coordinate with affiliates.
• Develop account-specific business plans to ensure rapid patient access.
• Profile formulary and policy review processes; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Communicate policy changes and maintain knowledge of state Medicaid policy.
