BridgeBio is seeking a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - Central to lead access strategy across multiple Midwest and Plains states. You will manage regional payer relationships, drive launch readiness, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to secure rapid product access.

Candidates should have 10+ years in biotech/pharma, with at least 5 years in regional payer account management, and strong analytical and communication skills. Travel 50–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS degree required.
• Experience: 10+ years in biotech/pharmaceuticals with at least 5 years in regional payer account management.
• Rare disease launch, contracting, and pull-through with regional payers, Medicaid, IDNs, and Centers of Excellence required.
• Established relationships with decision makers at major Central regional payers/IDNs preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
• Solid understanding of the Payer sector, including Medical/Pharmacy Benefit Designs and Medicaid.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with regional payers and IDNs in Central territory.
• Own enterprise account strategy for HCSC and CareSource, coordinating affiliate execution.
• Develop account-specific plans for Blue plans, Medicaid-focused orgs, and regional payers to support rapid access.
• Profile formulary and policy review processes; identify launch barriers before P&T and reviews.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver clinical and economic value and resolve access issues.
• Communicate payer policy changes to field teams and monitor Medicaid policy and market dynamics.
