BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - West to lead access strategy and execution across the Mountain and Pacific territories. The role focuses on payer relations, formulary policy, and market access for BridgeBio's rare disease portfolio.

The position collaborates with Field Reimbursement, Sales, Medical, HEOR, Marketing, Trade, Pricing and Contracting to ensure launch readiness, timely coverage decisions, and effective access solutions. Travel 50-60% is expected.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years biotech/pharmaceutical experience, including at least five years in regional payer account management.
• Established relationships with Kaiser Permanente decision makers.
• Strong understanding of payer policies and formulary processes.
• Willingness to travel 50-60%.
• Remote, field-based role covering multiple states in the West and Hawaii.

Responsabilidades

• Own and expand Kaiser Permanente relationships across the West.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional payers and IDNs.
• Create and execute account-specific business plans for the West portfolio.
• Analyze formulary and medical policy review processes and coordinate internal teams.
• Communicate payer policy changes to field teams and support access wins.
