BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - West to lead market access strategy across the Mountain and Pacific territories. The role focuses on building and expanding relationships with regional payers, including Kaiser Permanente, and ensuring launch readiness, formulary reviews, and durable access forBridgeBio's rare disease portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in biotech/pharmaceuticals with 5+ years in regional payer management.
• Current, established Kaiser Permanente decision-maker relationships.
• Deep knowledge of Medical/Pharmacy Benefit Designs and Medicaid.
• Ability to present complex clinical data for approved indications.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand Kaiser Permanente relationships across the West.
• Develop account-specific business plans for major California plans and regional payers.
• Profile formulary and policy review processes and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Communicate payer policy changes to field teams and maintain Medicaid policy knowledge.
• Lead access strategy to ensure rapid and durable product access.
