BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - West to lead access strategy for a broad rare-disease portfolio. You will manage Kaiser Permanente and other regional payer relationships, influence formulary decisions, and coordinate with Field Reimbursement, Sales, Medical, HEOR, Marketing, and Pricing to secure timely access.

• Minimum of 10 years biotech/pharmaceutical experience, including at least five years in regional payer account management.
• Current, established relationships with Kaiser Permanente decision makers are required (pharmacy, medical policy, formulary/P&T, finance, DEC).
• Solid understanding of the Payer sector, including Medical/Pharmacy Benefit Designs and Medicaid (Managed/FFS).
• Ability to understand and present complex clinical data for approved indications.

Responsabilidades

• Own and expand the Kaiser Permanente relationship across the West, including Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and relevant policy stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with regional payers and IDNs in the West.
• Create account-specific business plans for major California public plans, Blue plans, and provider-sponsored organizations to support rapid access.
• Profile formulary and policy review processes, coordinate cross-functionally to deliver value and resolve access issues.
• Communicate payer policy changes to field teams and maintain knowledge of state Medicaid policy and market dynamics.
