Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Director, Industry Relations & Contracting to lead the Rebate Contractors team and manage relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers. You will negotiate rebates, support formulary inclusion, and model cost impact for clients, while guiding P&T processes and forecasting.

The role emphasizes strategic contract design for value-based agreements and expansion of rebate opportunities, with travel up to 20% and potential for remote work.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with PBM experience preferred.
• 5+ years PBM/healthcare plan experience preferred.
• At least 1 year in contract negotiation (commercial/Medicaid/Part D).
• Unrestricted licensure in Wisconsin or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Rebate Contractors and manage pharma relationships.
• Develop and implement strategies for competitive pharma contracts.
• Support P&T processes with financial modeling and budget impact analysis.
• Lead negotiations to expand high net rebates and discounts.
• Train and develop the contract team and drive career growth.
