Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Director of Industry Relations & Contracting with extensive PBM experience to lead rebate contracting and vendor negotiations. You will oversee the IRC team and collaborate with Pharma, Navitus, and clients to shape contracts, rebates, and formulary decisions, delivering economic value through robust modeling and strategic supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Pharmacy or Pharm.D; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years PBM/Healthcare plan experience with rebate contracting.
• 1+ year contract negotiation experience (Commercial/Medicaid/Part D).
• Pharmacist licensure in Wisconsin or eligible.
• Up to 20% travel; valid driver's license.
• Strong collaboration and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build and maintain relationships with pharma manufacturers and partners.
• Develop and implement strategies and action plans for a competitive pharma contract structure.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure rebates/discounts are understood; support P&T processes with modeling.
• Lead pharma negotiations to expand rebates for the lowest net cost PBM for Navitus' clients.
• Lead, train and develop the Navitus Contractor team.
• Other duties as assigned
