Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Director, Industry Relations & Contracting. You will lead the Rebate Contractors team, negotiate rebates and discounts with manufacturers, and support formulary decisions with cost modeling and budget impact analyses.

The role emphasizes leading P&T discussions, expanding high net rebates, and driving the lowest net cost PBM outcomes for Navitus clients. Travel up to 20% and Wisconsin licensure may be required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with PBM/healthcare plan experience preferred.
• Experience negotiating rebate contracts (Commercial/Medicaid/Part D).
• Unrestricted pharmacist licensure in Wisconsin (or eligible).
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and maintain compliance with program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team of Navitus Contractors.
• Negotiate pharma contracts and rebates for formulary inclusion.
• Support P&T processes with financial modeling and budget impact analysis.
• Collaborate with Drug Information and Navitus operations to ensure contract understanding.
