CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management on the Network team to oversee the provider service model from planning through delivery in a hybrid Hartford-based role. You will coordinate cross-functional partners, manage complex, multi‑segment projects, and align initiatives with strategic business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in healthcare experience.
• At least 5 years in project management.
• 5+ years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Proven ability to design and deliver executive-ready presentations.
• Proficient in project planning, management, and monitoring.
• Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work independently.
• Experience interfacing with senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Direct end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment and milestones.
• Create and deliver high-quality presentations for executive leadership.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
