Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management to oversee the provider service model within the Network organization. You will guide strategic planning, risk management and delivery for national programs, partnering with senior leaders to optimize network performance.

The role requires extensive healthcare program experience and strong executive communication, delivering complex projects on time and budget. Hybrid work in Hartford is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years healthcare experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Ability to design and deliver high-impact presentations for executive audiences.
• Proficient in project planning, management, and monitoring.
• Proficient with MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience with flexing and shifting priorities.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation.
• Create and deliver executive-level presentations to support decision-making.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Coordinate with partners and cross-functional teams to monitor program progression and address challenges.
• Communicate effectively with leadership, partners, and team members.
