Job summary

CVS Health is hiring for a Lead Director, Project Management on the Network team. The role oversees the provider service model, aligning objectives with goals, managing budgets and timelines, and coordinating with senior leaders to optimize the network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in healthcare and 5+ years in project management, with strong presentation and stakeholder skills. Hybrid Hartford work preferred; remote option considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Proven ability to design and deliver high‑impact presentations to executive audiences.
• Proficient in project planning, management, and monitoring.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience with shifting priorities and working independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment and milestone tracking.
• Create and deliver high-quality presentations for executive leadership.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and governance to optimize network outcomes.
• Provide data-driven reports and insights on project status and metrics.
• Communicate effectively with leadership, partners, and team members; manage stakeholder engagement.
