Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management to oversee the provider service model, align projects with organizational goals, and drive strategic initiatives across Network Nation. You will manage complex, multi‑segment projects, coordinate governance, and report to senior leadership on progress and outcomes.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, risk management, and delivering cost‑effective results with strong communication to executives.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• A minimum of 5 years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Demonstrated ability to design, structure, and deliver high‑impact presentations tailored to executive audiences.
• Proficient experience in project planning, management, and monitoring.
• Proficient with MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience with flexing and shifting priorities.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively to solve problems, make decisions and complete work/projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Create and deliver high-quality presentations for executive and senior leadership, ensuring that complex information is communicated clearly and effectively to support decision‑making processes.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement and coordinate with partners to monitor project progression.
• Translate network requirements into actionable plans and updates, and engage stakeholders across internal organizations and leadership.
