CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management on the Network team to oversee the provider service model. You will direct end-to-end initiatives, manage complex, national projects, and partner with executive leaders to align objectives with business goals.

The role emphasizes governance, risk and budget management, high‑impact presentations, and cross‑functional collaboration with providers, network operations, and clinical teams to optimize performance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Demonstrated ability to design, structure, and deliver high‑impact presentations tailored to executive audiences, enabling informed decision‑making, alignment, and action.
• Proficient experience in project planning, management, and monitoring.
• Proficient with MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word)
• Experience with flexing and shifting priorities
• Experience working independently and collaboratively to solve problems, make decisions and complete work/projects

• Direct the end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Create and deliver high-quality presentations for executive and senior leadership, ensuring that complex information is communicated clearly and effectively to support decision‑making processes.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Monitor project progression with partners to address challenges and ensure alignment with plan.
• Develop governance framework, policies, and methodologies to optimize network outcomes and support business goals.
