Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director, Provider Relations to lead the strategy and execution of provider engagement, account management, and related operations for Lumicera Direct. You will partner with senior sales leaders to shape market strategy and drive provider adoption across the network.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in specialty pharmacy, a pharmacy degree, and a track record of developing scalable programs with executive-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• MBA/MHA or related business degree preferred.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading leaders and provider-facing teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy for Lumicera Direct.
• Define vision, priorities, and operating model for provider relations and related functions.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to drive provider growth and retention.
• Lead executive business reviews with provider organizations.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with physician executives and health system leaders.
• Oversee provider feedback channels and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
• Manage CRM vendor relations and vendor selection processes.
• Own budgeting, workforce planning, and resource allocation for the department.
