Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a senior product leader for Utilization Management, responsible for strategy, roadmap, and value realization. You will partner with UM operations and delivery to define and execute a customer-focused UM portfolio that aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements.

You will lead a cross-disciplinary team across engineering, design, and marketing, shaping product lifecycle from ideation through sunset while delivering measurable outcomes and customer value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management and related roles in health insurance or healthcare services.
• 5+ years in leadership/management roles.
• UM experience in payer or health tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and socialize product strategy and a multi-year roadmap with stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead product development from ideation to launch with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, ops, marketing, sales).
• Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned to business objectives and customer needs.
• Monitor product performance metrics and drive optimization, growth and lifecycle management.
