Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in product management, strategy, operational improvement, and/or consulting or other relevant experience, preferably within the health insurance industry.
• 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Experience in health care payer/provider or health tech environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy, communicating it effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead the product development process with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, technology, operations, marketing, sales).
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and track progress against timelines, budgets, and value realization.
• Monitor product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain multi-year product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team and foster data-driven culture.
