Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a senior product leader for Utilization Management. You will drive strategy, roadmap, and value realization, partnering with UM operations and delivery to align with business goals and customer needs.

You will lead a team of PMs and analysts, translate market trends into product solutions, and ensure regulatory and health-system alignment while delivering exceptional experiences for customers, providers, and employees.

Qualifications

7 years of experience in product management, strategy, operations, or consulting in health care.
5 years in a management or leadership role.
UM experience in payer/provider or health tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead utilization management product strategy, roadmap, and value realization.
Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria across teams.
Develop and manage multi-year product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Lead cross-functional product development with engineering, design, ops, marketing and sales.
Monitor product performance and drive optimization initiatives.
