Job summary

ClearGov is seeking a Director of Product & Solution Marketing to elevate product marketing from execution to platform-level strategy. You will lead a team of four, expanding into a five-person organization, and partner with Product, Revenue, and Marketing leadership to align portfolio, pricing, and go-to-market motions across cities, counties, school districts, and special districts.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience at Director/Senior Director level in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning go-to-market strategy for multi-product/platform portfolios.
• Pricing and packaging experience, including bundling or launch pricing.
• Ability to translate customer/market insights into portfolio decisions.
• People leadership, building and elevating a product marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and packaging strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Define portfolio and commercialization strategy across customer segments.
• Shape executive decision-making with market and competitive insights.
• Build and scale the product marketing organization and capabilities.
• Launch and integration modeling for new products and bundles.
• Drive cross-sell and account-based growth programs.
• Establish market intelligence, win-loss, and competitive programs.
• Own market narrative and field adoption with measurable content usage.
• Define performance measures linking work to revenue outcomes.
