Job summary

ClearGov is seeking a Director of Product & Solution Marketing to elevate product marketing from execution to platform-level strategy. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this leader will shape positioning, packaging, and go-to-market for a suite of 13 products.

The role focuses on building pricing/packaging, scalable launch/ integration models, and leveraging market intelligence to guide decisions across product, sales, and portfolios.

Qualifications

• Significant product marketing leadership in B2B SaaS at director/senior director level.
• Experience owning go-to-market strategy across multi-product portfolios and buyer personas.
• Strong partnership with Product, Sales, and Marketing leaders in mid-market or enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and packaging strategy, define portfolio and commercialization strategy across customer segments.
• Build scalable launch and integration models and strengthen expansion motions through cross-sell and upsell.
• Establish market and customer intelligence to inform product, sales, and portfolio decisions.
