Acosta, Inc. seeks a Process Excellence Lead to oversee the simplify-before-migrate mandate for GCC transformation, guiding end-to-end redesign across Finance, HR Services, Procurement, IT and Europe SGA.

You will set Migration Readiness gates, baselines, and value realization metrics while driving automation-ready process design for a multi-region setup. The role leads a global team of analysts, champions continuous improvement, and leverages Lean, Six Sigma, process mining, and data-driven

Qualifications

• Proven GCC/shared services migration experience with simplify-before-migrate
• Experience leading end-to-end process redesign in Finance/HR/Procurement
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills

Responsabilités

• Lead process maturity assessments across Wave 1 and Wave 2 in-scope processes
• Own future-state design and standardization for GCC-bound processes
• Define and enforce Migration Readiness Checklist with senior sign-off
• Identify and deliver quick-win process improvements with Lean events
• Design end-to-end future-state architecture for GBS with a dual-hub model
• Support stand-up of the Global Process Owner function from Day 1
• Build and coach a global team of Process Excellence Analysts
• Champion continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, process mining, automation
