Job summary

Acosta is seeking a senior Process Excellence leader to own and drive the GCC/GBS transformation. You will lead end-to-end redesign across Finance, HR, and Procurement, applying a simplify-before-migrate approach and ensuring sign-off gates are met.

You will build a global GPO framework and coach cross-functional teams to deliver value realization through automation and process standardization. The role requires deep Lean Six Sigma expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Experience leading GCC or shared services migrations using simplify-before-migrate.
• Proven ability to redesign end-to-end processes in Finance, HR, or Procurement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead process maturity assessments and baseline productivity metrics.
• Drive future-state design and simplification prior to migration.
• Define and enforce migration readiness sign-off and checklists.
• Identify quick wins and lead Lean events for high-complexity processes.
• Design a dual-hub global GBS framework and GPO support model.
• Coach analysts and stakeholders in process improvement methods.
