Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Process Excellence Lead to own the simplify-before-migrate mandate and drive end-to-end redesign across GCC-bound functions, ensuring sign-off before any wave transition.

The role leads a global team, applying Lean, Six Sigma, process mining, and automation to deliver standardized, automation-ready processes and a robust GPO operating cadence across regions including India, Mexico, and the retained U.S. team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 8-12 years in process improvement or GBS transformation with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; proven quantified productivity improvement track record.
• Experience with process mapping at depth (L3-L4+), multi-BU standardization.

Responsibilities

• Lead process maturity assessments across Wave 1 and Wave 2 in-scope processes (Finance, HR Services, Procurement, IT, Europe SGA).
• Lead future-state process design for GCC-bound processes and apply simplify-first strategy.
• Define and enforce the Migration Readiness Checklist; no migration without sign-off.
• Identify and deliver process-level quick wins with Lean events and kaizen.
• Own end-to-end future-state architecture for GCC+AI maturity across hubs (India, Mexico, US).
• Support the design and stand-up of the GPO function and establish operating cadence.
• Lead and develop a global team of Process Excellence Analysts for continuous improvement.
