Acosta is seeking a Global Process Excellence leader to own the simplify-before-migrate mandate for the GBS transformation and lead end-to-end process redesign across GCC-bound functions. You will ensure sign-off before migration and drive value realization through AI/automation initiatives.

You will coach a global team of analysts, apply Lean, Six Sigma, process mining, and data-driven methods to optimize workflows and accelerate business outcomes across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations or related field.
• 8–12 years in process improvement with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; proven productivity improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead process maturity assessments across Wave 1 and Wave 2 in-scope processes.
• Design future-state processes and consolidate variants before migration.
• Define and enforce the Process Migration Readiness Checklist; sign-off required.
