Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Senior Process Excellence Lead to own the simplify-before-migrate mandate for its GCC transformation. You will lead end-to-end process redesign across Finance, HR Services, Procurement, IT, and Europe SGA, ensuring sign-off before any wave transition.

You will build baseline metrics, define the Migration Readiness Checklist, and drive Lean, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives to realize value across global functions within an 18-24 month horizon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related field (or equivalent years of experience).
• 8–12 years in process improvement or GBS/shared services transformation with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; proven quantified productivity improvement track record.
• Experience with process mapping at depth (L3-L4+), variant analysis, and multi-BU standardization.

Responsibilities

• Lead process maturity assessments across Wave 1 and Wave 2 in-scope processes.
• Lead future-state process design for GCC-bound processes with simplify-first approach.
• Define and enforce the Process Migration Readiness Checklist with sign-off requirements.
• Identify and deliver process-level quick wins with measured pre/post impact.
• Own end-to-end future-state process architecture for GCC+AI maturity (18-24 month horizon).
• Support the design and stand-up of the GPO function and governance cadence.
