Acosta is seeking a Process Excellence Leader to own the simplification-before-migrate mandate for its GBS transformation. You will lead end-to-end redesign across GCC-bound functions, ensuring readiness gates are signed off and value realization programs achieve AI/automation milestones.

You will build and coach a global team, drive standardization across Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and Europe SGA, and champion Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methods to accelerate business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 8-12 years in process improvement or transformation with leadership.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Experience mapping processes at depth (L3-L4+), multi-BU standardization.

Responsabilités

• Lead process maturity assessments across Wave 1 and Wave 2 in-scope processes.
• Lead future-state process design and simplification-first improvements.
• Define and enforce the Process Migration Readiness Checklist with clear sign-off.
• Identify quick wins and lead Lean events for high-complexity processes.
