Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Process Excellence Leader to own the simplify-before-migrate mandate within its GBS transformation. Lead end-to-end process redesign across GCC-bound function families and ensure readiness gates are met before migration.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma expertise, strong program management, and the ability to coach analysts and stakeholders across regions while building automation-ready processes.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years in process improvement or GBS/shared services transformation with leadership experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; proven productivity improvements.
• Experience mapping processes at depth (L3-L4+), variant analysis, and multi-BU standardization.

Responsibilities

• Lead process maturity assessments across Wave 1 and Wave 2 in-scope processes (Finance, HR Services, Procurement, IT, Europe SGA).
• Drive future-state process design for GCC-bound processes and apply simplify-first principles.
• Define and enforce the Process Migration Readiness Checklist; require sign-off for migrations.
• Identify and deliver quick-win improvements with Lean events and mapping.
• Design end-to-end future-state architecture for GCC+AI maturity and dual-hub model.
• Support the establishment of the GPO operating cadence and governance.
