Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director for Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) CFO Services to lead finance transformation engagements and drive value for portfolio companies. You will oversee client teams, shape operating models, and deliver measurable improvements in cost, efficiency, and reporting.

The role requires deep Finance Transformation experience, strong stakeholder management, and for travel up to 80% to support client engagements.

Qualifications

12+ years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience, including significant experience in Finance Transformation.
Strong understanding of core finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A) and finance systems.
Experience leading engagements, developing roadmaps, and presenting to executives.
Willingness to travel up to 80% as required by client engagements.

Responsabilités

Lead Finance Transformation engagements and workstreams focused on improving finance function performance and reducing costs.
Assess current-state finance organizations, processes, systems, and operating models.
Design and implement future-state finance operating models and organizational structures.
Lead initiatives on process optimization, automation, and management reporting enhancement.
Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans.
Manage engagement execution, deliverable quality, and stakeholder alignment.
