Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) CFO Services team is seeking a Director to lead complex finance transformations for portfolio companies. You will drive operating-model design, cost optimization, and automation initiatives while guiding client engagements and developing our people and capabilities.
The role requires deep experience in finance transformation, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver practical, result-oriented recommendations within
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
- Significant experience in Finance Transformation and consulting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.
Responsabilités
- Lead Finance Transformation engagements and workstreams.
- Assess current-state finance organizations and operating models.
- Design and implement future-state finance operating models and roadmaps.
- Drive process optimization, automation, and improved management reporting.
- Develop client deliverables and manage engagement execution.
- Build strong CFO relationships and support business development.
- Coach and develop consulting teams and contribute to practice growth.
