Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director in its Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice to lead complex finance transformation engagements for portfolio companies. You will partner with CFOs and finance leaders to design future-state operating models, drive cost optimization, and improve close and reporting in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

12+ years of consulting or industry experience in Finance Transformation.
Experience in finance operating models, organizational design, and cost reduction.
Ability to lead teams and present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Finance Transformation engagements and workstreams focused on improving finance function performance and cost optimization.
Assess current-state finance organizations, processes, systems, and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement.
Design and implement future-state finance operating models, organizational structures, and transformation initiatives.
Lead initiatives involving finance process optimization, automation, digitization, and management reporting enhancement.
Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans.
Lead GBS/Shared Services/BPO initiatives including design and optimization.
Develop client deliverables and drive adoption of recommendations.
Manage engagement execution and timelines.
