Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Director for Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) CFO Services to lead Finance Transformation engagements, improve operating models, and drive performance for portfolio companies. Competenze
- 12+ years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience, including significant experience in Finance Transformation.
- Strong ability to lead project teams and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced client environment.
- Experience developing financial analyses, business cases, transformation roadmaps, and executive-level presentations.
Mansioni
- Lead Finance Transformation engagements and workstreams focused on improving finance function performance and driving operational efficiency.
- Design and implement future-state finance operating models, organizational structures, and transformation initiatives.
- Develop high-quality client deliverables and manage engagement execution, timelines, and senior stakeholder alignment.
- Support business development activities, including proposal development and identification of new client opportunities.
