Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Director for Power Delivery Solutions to lead the delivery of engineering and professional services on assigned programs. The role requires coordinating technical teams, managing schedules and costs, and ensuring quality deliverables for the client.

The PD will partner with section managers, PMO, and BD/AM to optimize performance, provide training, and drive value across the program. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 10+ years in electric utility engineering.
• Understanding of electrical, civil, structural and mechanical engineering in power delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent team-building and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of engineering and professional services on assigned program(s).
• Engage technical teams, review progress and maximize program outcomes.
• Collaborate with Section Managers, PMO and BD/AM to optimize performance and resource management.
• Develop financial forecasts and support business development initiatives.
• Support VP-T&S on special projects.
