Qualifications

BS in Engineering with 10+ years of experience in electric utility engineering.
Functional understanding of principals and practices of electrical, civil, structural and mechanical engineering as applied to power delivery.
Advanced understanding of electric power utility industry.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Excellent team building and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of engineering and professional services on assigned program(s).
Engage technical teams, review progress, evaluate effectiveness and maximize program outcomes with engineering managers and section managers.
Collaborate with Section Managers on delivery of engineering activities; support resource management and assessment.
Partner with the PMO to optimize program management; provide issue management and deep-dive investigations.
Develop financial forecasts of revenue and operating income on the program and work with BD/AM on client initiatives.
