Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Director for Power Delivery Solutions to lead the delivery of engineering and professional services on assigned programs. The role requires extensive experience in electric utilities and strong leadership across technical teams, PMO, and BD/AM interfaces.

The Program Director will work with Section Managers and the PMO to optimize performance, schedule, and cost while developing financial forecasts and guiding program strategy.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with ten (10)+ years of experience in electric utility engineering.
• Functional understanding of electrical, civil, structural and mechanical engineering as applied to power delivery.
• Advanced understanding of the electric power utility industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent team building and coloration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of engineering and professional services on assigned program(s).
• Engage technical teams, review progress, and maximize program outcomes.
• Collaborate with Section Managers on delivery of engineering activities.
• Partner with PMO to optimize program management and issue investigations.
• Develop financial forecasts of revenue and operating income for the program.
• Support VP-T&S on special projects as assigned.
