Leidos is seeking a Program Director, Power Delivery Solutions, to locally manage engineering and professional services on assigned programs. Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with ten (10)+ years of experience in electric utility engineering.
• Functional understanding of electrical, civil, structural and mechanical engineering as applied to power delivery.
• Advanced understanding of electric power utility industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent team building and coloration skills.

Responsibilities

• The Program Director will manage the delivery of engineering and professional services on assigned program(s).
• PD will engage technical teams providing services, review team progress, evaluate team effectiveness and work through the responsible engineering managers and section managers to maximize the outcomes on the program.
• Collaborate with Section Managers on the delivery of engineering activities and support resource management and assessment.
• Partner with the PMO to optimize program management and provide issue management and deep dive investigations.
• Develop financial forecasts of revenue and operating income and work with BD/AM on client initiatives.
• Support the VP-T&S on special projects as assigned.
